Nangula is an energetic and enthusiastic professional, with genuine interest, skill and proven ability in generating social, economic and environmental change for smallholder farmers in East Africa. She is characterized by personal and professional honesty, integrity and transparency.
Nangula is an authority on the Tanzanian Coffee Sector. She developed the first edition (2015) of the National Sustainable Coffee Curriculum standardize coffee extension services across the country and the Carbon Footprint Training Manual for 4C Services in 2022. Nangula currently sits on the Board of Directors of the TCB. Since 2014, she has been an accredited Trainer for the Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Standard in the coffee, tea and herbs & spices value chains across East and Southern Africa and Eastern Europe. Her experience spans project planning and execution, training material development, and conceptualizing agriculture based income generating programs.
Nangula comfortably blends with people of various backgrounds and cultures, gained from a multi-cultural upbringing, international exposure, and working with both local and global people and organizations.
