Maynard Ceballos is a dedicated Agronomist with a deep-rooted passion for crop production and sustainable agriculture.

With over four years of experience, Maynard's expertise has been instrumental in advancing sustainable agricultural practices across diverse environments. Maynard's professional journey has been marked by significant contributions to organizations like GIZ, where he provided technical assistance to farmers and agricultural associations, implementing Ecosystem-based adaptation strategies to combat climate change.

He has a Masters in Agricultural Engineering at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and is currently supporting the Agriculture team in the Fairtrade Foundation project.
