Daud Siwalaze is a seasoned MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning) specialist with over a decade of experience across East Africa, focusing on CLA (Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation) strategies. He has partnered with leading organizations such as Social Impact, NORC, and Deloitte, driving projects in health, education, agriculture, and natural resource management. He holds a Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Statistics.
Daud’s extensive experience includes leading evaluations for USAID’s Education Landscape in Tanzania, Jifunze Uelewe, and EQIE Impact Evaluation. Skilled in data analysis tools like Stata, SPSS, and Tableau, he excels in using data to inform decision-making and strategy. With a strong focus on integrating youth and gender perspectives, Daud is dedicated to creating impactful, inclusive, and adaptive solutions across the region.
